Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Vero Beach

Great experience! Good price for our stay. The facility is clean and the employees that we encountered were all very friendly and polite. Our stay had no issues. There is plenty of parking and it is free. Breakfast options are great especially because it is included! We had a great time. We did not use the pool, but we saw others using it. The gym is small but good for a weekend workout.

Great breakfast! The staff was extremely accommodating in the breakfast area in addition to the front desk. The room itself is spacious, accommodating and had plenty of storage for your belongings. Microwave, mini fridge, mini kitchenette and a lovely large desk for doing work! Only con would be I wished housekeeping did a little better job of dusting! The room was very dusty behind the furniture which made my allergies absolutely nuts. Otherwise, a clean room. The bedding was fresh, towels clean, and shower was spotless. Lots of things and food nearby! (For food: Don't go to the Ocean Grill nearby that was such a huge cost and bigger disappointment...)

I have been to many Mariott hotels across US and some of them were even top of the top collection, but I never stayed in a cleaner one! This property is really amazing with cleanliness and politeness of the staff, the hotels smells so well from the entrance, area around the hotel is clean and breakfast is being monitored on quality and cleanliness by hotel attendant as well. Really well deserved high rating!

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, but I have never been in a hotel with no towel bars in the bathroom. Ridiculous design decision, especially with more than one person staying there.

The hotel was clean and what you would expect from the Marriott chain. No problems there. My big complaint was the Wi-Fi. We couldn't connect to it at all after trying for a while. I called the front desk and was told to try moving over a few inches. Seriously?? What does that even mean? Anyway I told them neither of us could connect with multiple devices. They said they would tell management. About 20 minutes later a manager knocked on the door and said the satellite had been moved and it should work. Was able to connect, but it did lag a bit. Later that evening we started having spotty service again. I complained to front desk, got an "I'm sorry about that" and 'others were having an issue', they were trying to fix it. Came back after a bit, tried to stream something on my laptop and my phone and it couldn't connect or play properly, so after numerous tries I gave up. I literally couldn't even play a simple game on my phone because of it. My son was unable to do work as well. Again the next morning, I told the desk the internet doesn't work well,and was just given an 'I'm sorry about that' Same issues the last night of our stay. Got the same apology upon check out. This was ridiculous. People need to connect while staying at a hotel for various reasons, and for the staff to be so flippant about it was unacceptable. I've stayed here before and never had an issue, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I didn't want to leave but I had other plans next time I will plan to stay longer. The hot breakfast was fresh and tasty, staff friendly and helpful. My room was clean and sheets smelled like freshly laundry detergent.

Nice place but. A little too quite and up kept also most eerie feeling. Also the snooty attitude of some of the desk workers could be gone without. Never judge a book by it's cover. Obviously your working here while others stay here, you need not act better then because clearly you're not. Other then that place is clean well kept rooms could be bigger but they will do

John was a breath of fresh air to work with while booking our crew’s four rooms for a project in Vero Beach. He was warm, professional, and communicated clearly, making the entire process seamless. We typically book with a competitor due to our long-standing relationship and points program, but after experiencing service issues this year, this was a refreshing change.
